Descended from a dead pirate.

I must say that whoever is in charge of the obits in the SF Chronicle these days needs to rethink the redesign of the pages.

I find it very difficult to read them the last couple of weeks.  The columns are all weird.  Do not like it, not at all.

However one did mention that the dead guy was descended from a pirate that was on a ship with Jean LaFitte.  Very cool in my book.
